Howdy, friends! If 3.2's launch is anything like the roll out on WordPress.com, you'll probably run into a few folks who can't upgrade to even IE 7 because they're still stuck on Windows 98 for a variety of reasons (location, economy, etc). Unfortunately, Firefox has also left these folks behind, but all is not lost.

Opera supported Windows 98 all the way up to 10.63 (released less than a year ago) and that can still be downloaded from http://www.opera.com/browser/download/?os=windows&list=all
