[wp-forums] Topics with Cyrillic slugs cannot be found via Google

Not sure if it's relevant:

I do remember, once upon a time, Google couldn't index URL's with
non-Latin characters.

I would have assumed (/hoped) this issue was resolved by now!

All of the topics with Cyrillic slugs on ru.forums.wordpress.org
cannot be found via Google for some reason. Topics with Latin slugs
are indexed properly.

I remember encountering this about two years ago, however there were
just a few posts, so it was not a big issue at the time.

Same for bg.forums.wordpress.org and sr.forums.wordpress.org.

Not sure what the problem source could be. Is it possible to fix this?
