As per Nacin's report of the 3.3 JSON bug:

"To confirm: Go to
http://example.com/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?load=jquery. (This page is
accessible logged out.) If it's blank, the bug is confirmed. "

Just got a confirmed case:

For the time being, I've tagged the topic as "JSON-related". Is there a 
any better tag that we can use so that confirmed cases can be collated?
