[wp-forums] Can't rate themes

I have the same issue as the OP and Jackson (also not trying to rate a
theme, just thought I'd check to see if it works for me) - the 'Your
rating' heading is there, but no stars underneath. Checked on Chrome and
Firefox on Windows 7. No corporate firewall, no ad-blocking plugins.

I can see the star.gif that you linked to directly, Otto, but when I view
source on a theme page, the star divs aren't there, only the following:
<div class="right"><h4>Your Rating</h4> </div> <div id="related"> </div>
