[wp-forums] Requesting Backup for Rev. Voodoo

Rev. Voodoo, long time forum volunteer, has an interesting problem that has plagued him ever since installing WordPress years ago.  The feed seems to randomly lose its language.  One day it's there, another it isn't.  define ('WPLANG', ''); is properly in the wp-config.php file, and the site has been through 5 themes since this started, so its not theme-related.

Any additional insight would be great, thanks!
