[wp-forums] Requesting Backup

Rarely do I give up so easily, but I haven't a clue what's going on here:

The simplest description that I can give is that WordPress appears to be attempting to DoS itself.  Weird, indeed.

The user has disabled plugins and switched themes, there was no improvement.

He has provided detailed logs if anyone can make heads or tails of them.
