[wp-forums] User Can't Edit his Profile

I think in Craig's case, it's because he hadn't posted anything on the forums in over 4 years.  I think that very old accounts get an automatic bozo when they come back.  I'm not entirely sure, of course, but I've seen something similar on at least one other account.
