[wp-forums] User Can't Edit his Profile

Slightly related:

I had another user contact me about their profile. The URL they have is 
linked to their name only if I'm logged in. they can't see it but I can.

The url does have seo in the title but they are not bozoed if that 
helps. croakingtoad is the username. They are legit. ;)
