[wp-forums] Akismet's auto-bozing

I did a quick, totally not scientific test.  I noticed Alex Rabe was  
marked bozo.  I unbozo'd him and cleared out the queue.  He posted  
again. And I checked. Again, he's a bozo.

This ... is a problem. If people are getting automagically flagged as  
a bozo by the spam-checking tool, we're going to get a lot of false  
positives, and annoyed people.
