[wp-forums] Support/Mentors/etc. Discussion?

Hello everyone!

I had been following Jane's thread entitled "Support/Mentors/Welcome
Wagon", located at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/336953?replies=1

In the last post, she said that, "We'll try to roll out some of these
ideas in 2010 and see what works the best."

Well, here we are in mid-2010. Does anybody know what will be happening?
Is there still any discussion going on?

Very curious, because I think a lot of the ideas would make great
additions/changes to the Community
