[wp-forums] Can't post, contacted Otto

I said he might have been marked as a bozo, because I have no other
explanation for it. He can't see the Edit link on his profile page (to
change his password), and the reply form doesn't seem to be appearing
for him.

I figured his account might be inactivated or bozoed or something like that.
