[wp-forums] Notice about User Thejas

Fellow mods, keep your eyes out for a user posting as "Thejas" (actual username "chikkutheja").  This user posted several meaningless responses filled with hyperlinked punctuation earlier today (thanks to Mark Ratledge for pointing it out).  I bozoed he/she/it, but it looks like one was approved earlier in the evening.

We should probably consider blocking this user, but I wanted to give it a day or so to see if anything meaningful was posted.  For now, we should definitely keep our eyes open for he/she/it and any other users posting with hyperlinked punctuation.
