A poster mentioned that their threads appear as "anonymous" in the "all 
posts" listing. I happened to observe the thread in the all posts list 
just after he posted it, and he did, indeed, show up as anonymous. But 
only for a short while - the next refresh of the view the thread had his 
name on it.

Possibly related to the anonymous names appearing in the "moderated by" 
list.
