[wp-forums] problematic profile image?

As much as I hate embedded advertising ... I can't find anything that states
this kind if gravatar is problematic.  So is this a result of our (as the
WordPress community) not wanting to display embedded ads and blocking a user who
uses them?  Or did I miss a rule somewhere that disallows this?
 
Would a gravatar with an embedded URL or Twitter handle raise the same flags?
