[wp-forums] Forum upgrade issues/bugs

1. Minor CSS issue with the options at the foot of each topic when 
logged in as a mod. The "Move to" dropdown is on a separate line below 
'[' and before ']'.

2. No option to mark topics as resolved. Not sure if this a bug or a 
deliberate decision but about half of all posters forget to mark their 
topic as resolved - even after posting comments like "Perfect" or "That 
fixed it". The ability to mark them as resolved just means that other 
forum regulars don't waste their time checking out threads unnecessarily.
