Several people in these discussions have labeled this behavior as

My response didn't mention the word "unethical" it was merely meant to
describe what an "ethical"  practice was:

 "Ethical practices" are providing community support for the sole purpose of
> helping WordPress users and not using the forums to offer ones own paid
> services or promote a website.

That doesn't mean that anything less would necessarily  be considered
"unethical"

Yes it great to see some other people from Houston on this list.  I love AC
just wish I could force my clients to use it more.
