[wp-forums] bumping someone else's topic

Hi,

Just wondering what the rules are on bumping someone else's month-old  
topic to get an answer.  Should they be prompted to start a new  
topic?  Or does it make sense to let people know you're having the  
same issue because the question is already written in a way that can  
be understood?
