[wp-forums] Creating new topics from theme viewer

I see that the new theme viewer has the ability to create a new topic.

Could we get a bit more indication on those topics of what they're related
to or about? Tossing the theme name as a tag just isn't going to cut it. A
link back to the theme page would be really helpful.

At one point, until recently, didn't we have something friendly like that
for the plugins? It's no longer working either.
