[wp-forums] New advanced forum

I manually moved in a few earlier today.  I can move more in this evening if
you want, but they were getting more dated (my criteria was the "WPadvanced"
tag).

That aside, I'd say go for announcing it -- and get a feeling if we should
tag 'em (wpadvanced) and move 'em or if just moving 'em will suffice (as I
suspect some might be monitoring the tag feed).
