For me, that link gets me:

"We couldn't find anything!"

Gotta admit that I just search directly:

I use site:wordpress.org/support at google.  But for all the folks starting
threads with "I tried a search, but..." they're probably hoping that one of
the 2 search fields on the main page will get 'em results.  :-)
