Tags at the top to give them prominence
Search second - too hidden? Styled some more?
Forums - Requests/feedback has gone. Since it's inception there are many
more feedback channels open and Crazyegg showed little clicking
Beta has gone.
Forum titles were well clicked - so place what we want them to read
close to that.

That's the general idea anyway.
