Could be better than what's there now.  I would personally like it 
better.  I don't know that others will, but it seems as if it would make 
navigation easier for new users.

I remain unconvinced that the tag cloud is of any value or a necessity, 
but that's just me.  I remain unconvinced that ANY "web20" stuff is 
necessary, and I bet new users haven't much clue about all that either, 
so if the point is to help out newbies, then all of that sort of thing 
is fair useless.  Personal opinion only, of course.
