[wp-forums] Was this really necessary?

I just checked, and in the "rules" thread, and indeed, the mail  list is
mentioned.

It exists to positively discuss how we can improve the forums. It's not a
place for complaining, it's not a place for destructive comments. It is
where decisions are discussed and agreed by forum members who are out to
make what we provide even better.

I think that sums it up as well as can be.
