[wp-forums] Was this really necessary?

May I make a suggestion, that involves some work by a moderator?

It might make the "Forum Rules" thread less crowded if postings not 
relevant to the rules
debate were to be moved to new threads.
Some entries of no significance at all could be deleted.

I know newcomers would post questions in any thread.
I remember my first entry being moved to a more relevant section of the 
forum.
