[wp-forums] Name linkage

Podz mentions that a user's name links to a service. On the last site
tweakage, name linkage was broken for normal users. To see someone's site,
we have to click through to their profile. I know this was done for spam
prevention reasons, but it does make it a bit slower when people asking
questions don't give a link.
