(This is not so much related to the whooami thread, but, just a comment I've been wanting to make lately..which kinda covers various things..)

Another example of how someone "tried" to start something with me, in this case, accusing me for being drunk and or "high", just because I had worded things in a "sarcastic" manor, because I knew I was tired, and wasn't thinking right.. I was basically making fun of myself..because of it..

(For the record, I seriously *have not* had any form of beer, liquor, weed or anything related.. since Feb 06. Plus, with me on house arrest from May 12th to July 12th, I cannot have any, anyways..) 

And having someone like leMaxim, there constantly saying that I am, was really pissing me off..and my patience and temper were really running thin.. I think I did pretty good, by sending an email about it quick through the wp-forums list, and brought it to the attention of a moderator.. =) Thanks again Podz and Handy.. ;) :) 

I don't know what's going on in the forums anymore really, but it just seems like certain ones are "trying" to start stuff with people, just to see how far they can get with it.

I have not seen that post you were referring to Lara, about the name calling, or I would have been there to defend you.. There's not too much I could have done really, but I would have "tried" to stick up for you.. ;)  Like everyone knows, I used to go around swearing, flaming and stuff.. 

But, I'm trying my best to be a better poster...however sometimes I feel like "going off" on some people.. Holding the tongue is hard as hell to do, but.. I'm trying lol. 

I'm starting to think, because of the "semi lack" of mods, and or, "old school" general forum users, in the forums lately..that people are "testing" boundaries, which is not right either. 

Again, I'm not sure what's going on in the forums anymore, because it just seems like there's hardly anyone in there like "before", when I first joined.. =/  

Being the "worry wort" I am, I just hope that the "original" forum users start being more active again, and enforce these "rules" too, before the "newer users" start turning it into another blood bath again, like I had done originally in the beginning.. =(

I agree though, personal attacks are a BIG problem in the forums lately, and not being able to stick up for yourself half of the time, is a real *bummer*. 

And that's why I think, or feel actually..That I would like to be there to stick up for the "regulars", because even though we are not "close" as friends..I still look at them as "friends". =)  

Admittingly though however, I haven't been reading all the posts, but if I came across a "regular" being picked on, I'd try and help them lol. Whooami and Lara however, I know can handle their own problems lol!! But, I still think it's wrong that they are being picked on.. they are awesome forum helpers and smart as hell to boot.. Much praise goes to them.. =)

As for Handy's moderating skills, I think he's doing a pretty good job for being a "new" moderator.. =) It just takes some time, to become one of the "best"..lol.
