That's some sort of proxy. I presume whoever posted that was using the
proxy (probably a cache?) because they couldn't get onto the Codex, as
the uptime currently sucks.

I guess in the long run, it would be better to remove the proxy part of
the URL and have it link straight to the Codex, as the link would be
more permanent.
