My reading on this thread leads me to the following proposal:
Citations are not literal here.

Podz arranges for an install site ( Podz:"no lack of resources" ), call it
something fancy like "WordPress Install Service Beta" ( in accordance with all
things Web 2.0 ;)

Kaf installs and evolves a WP instance into a task management system ( 
Kaf:"I'm
not sure that this is the best solution, but it culd be done" )

Podz, who have already written a lot of thought about it in this 
thread, writes
the contract on what to expect and not to, on this install service.

That way we have a mockup and can all jump in to test and suggest changes.
We should possibly have a few fake install tasks.

How about that?
