It is openly offering paid hosting. I know it is not fresh, but it was brought to may attention by "hyperactive-media" in his reply email. (I've asked him not to post commercial offers, and he was very receptive and understanding when pointed to the rules.)

More general question: offering paid hosting would fall under the same rules as offering other WP services?
