[wp-forums] Sticky replacement

The Sticky in the How To and Troubleshooting forum has been there a 
while. It was always the idea that they changed at intervals to increase 
people's knowledge of Codex and enable us to proactively address issues 
in the forums. Thinking about it, the other stickies are probably 
curling at the corners too.
Anyone feel like writing a new sticky for one of the forums ?
No rules really as to content / style / message, just whatever you think 
will work. Oops - one rule - it must have a link to and promote Codex 
and people going there.

Is there a use in saying we will change them at intervals ?
