[wp-forums] Forum credits

I agree that it's an interesting model but I'm not convinced that it's 
creates the correct incentive and community structure for WP support. We 
seem to have a happy bunch of volunteers and I'd rather not take the risk of 
damaging the community feel for, what I perceive to be, little gain.
