Nope, there is nothing.
So we could create one, make the checkboxes and change the forms and 
then watch it be ignored, or we could continue to rule with a show of 
hands (being here) and decide that way ?
I prefer here. No matter what language we used in a form, a pedant would 
pull it apart and a spammer / idiot / flamer would cheerfully ignore.
Doesn't seem worth the effort really.
