I think the best format for these, especially on the Forum, would be 
only the link to the support site OR the section in the WordPress in 
Your Language article (if there is no support forum - maybe - just 
something to think about) and nothing else. No names, contacts, just the 
link.

English, Russian, French, Spanish, Hebrew, Italian,....

But set in their character code sets.

Very slick idea.  Clean and to the point and immediately recognizable. 
Great idea.
