[wp-forums] The Stickies

I like the idea of the FAQ.

"Headers already sent..." *still* comes up with a regularity that's gone
beyond monotony. Adding that to a FAQ might help. Assuming we can get people
to read it....

I posted something like this a while ago and there was no response.

The stickies we currently have are now getting a bit dusty. They have 
not been changed and we have no stats for how often they are read. And 
if they aren't useful they are taking up space.

Two stickies per forum - one for the forum itself, one for a link to a 
pertinent Codex article.

I'm all for ungluing what we have and making new - thoughts ?

How about a "Top 10 FAQ" sticky ? With literally just 'question / link'

I do think they need a change, but how ? And if you want to write one, 
post it and then post to the list saying "Sticky this" and I will.
