[wp-forums] State of play

Yep.... I was pretty sure it alteady existed.... I think we need to 
point more people to it.
I've gotten to the point where I've bookmarked the Codex pages I send 
people to a lot, then I just  copy the URL from the bookmark and paste 
it into the post, with a little note that looking through the Codex, 
they could have found themselves.
