There have been - as far as I can tell - no edits to the above.
There are a couple of things I would edit (bumping is mentioned in the 
top two and maybe that could be removed ?) but otherwise is there 
anything anyone else wants to add / remove / change ?
If not, then following the meetup on Wednesday when I'll mention them 
there I will remove what we have on the forums and replace.
