[wp-forums] FAQ's again

I've an idea for the FAQ's.

How about I register at the forums again.
I post (for example) "The How-to FAQ" and start it off with a couple of
FAQ questions and answers.
Because I did not post as me, all the mods can edit that post. That post
becomes more flexible because of that. The thread stays open and as
useful bits are added they can be added to the first post - and all of
it is available for Codex too.

One FAQ per forum - nothing in Beta as it will be gone soon anyway.

Good / Bad / Could be improved ?
