I think this is all a great idea. Let's start working on something on the <a href="http://wordcamped.org">wordcamped.org</a> site. I can certainly do some development and get up a forum or something where we can discuss topics/dates, etc. I think it would have been tremendously helpful to have something like that when I started out and that seems like a great place for it!
