We are hosting WordCampNYC here at Baruch College next month -- <a href="http://2010.nyc.wordcamp.org/">http://2010.nyc.wordcamp.org/</a> -- and in the past have been involved in WordCampEds (see <a href="http://wordcamped.org/">http://wordcamped.org/</a>). <BR>

I assume, though I’m not positive, that there will again be an Ed Track at next month’s WordCamp... I guess it depends upon what kind of proposals come in. Please do propose something for the event if you can make it. Either way, should a distributed WordCampEd emerge I’d be happy to participate. <BR>

Hey All, <BR>

I am new to the game, so perhaps this is already out there somewhere, but have we ever done an Educational Focused Wordcamp? If not, I propose we do one. We could learn so much from each other about our special needs.<BR>
<BR>
I am thinking that with budgets and distances between Wordpress users a virtual Wordcamp would be the best option. We have Elluminate rooms we can donate to the cause. Maybe meet for a day and have a couple of different tracks. <BR>
