[wp-edu] Video

To me, blog servers are for blogs and video servers are for videos.  I
don't think many people size their blog, wiki, or other hardware
really for video storage, so in my opinion it's best to have the video
live on a video server (preferably on campus if you have a video
server) and simply link to it.
