For the 3.4 release, we’ve spent a significant amount of effort improving and bugfixing the XML-RPC functionality in core. This includes sixteen new XML-RPC methods and over 120 new unit tests.

Alongside the code changes, I’ve been working on documenting all of the new functionality and retroactively documenting the existing functionality.

I’d appreciate feedback on the new pages, and would like to work with the right people on getting these migrated to the proper Codex (hopefully before 3.4 release). I’ve done my best to make sure the technical details are correct, but need
some guidance on Codex best-practices and replacing the current pages.
