Historically we've said Codex + WP.org documentation is available under GPL even though it's not well-suited for content because the GFDL is incompatible with the GPL, so for embedding documentation in code and such it's easier for them just to be "the same thing."<br>
<br>
As for Learn, it's a WP.com-specific thing but the content and images are available under GPL or whatever license you guys would like if you'd like to adapt it for .org, it's meant to be shared. :)<br><font color="#888888">
