[wp-docs] summit & action items

Hi Andrea,

I'm officially raising my hand!  While my main focus ATM is the user manual
project, I am sure I can help out in the codex from time to time, as there
are quite a few intersections.

Mika - I'll take an admin stick if you're handing them out; I'm wiki-savvy,
but it has been a  while so also rusty.
