[wp-docs] Template Hierarchy Diagram

Hotlinking is indeed bad form but this is the Codex. People think they can
get away with all kinds of things.

So what should have happened is the graphic be labeled
template-hierarchy-v2 or something. Maybe? Or their hotlinks will update to
the new graphic? Now I'm rethinking all of this. Could be a good thing?

I know we can check internal referral links but do we have any analytics on
external links to the Codex? Matt is an analytics junkie, so I'm sure there
is (and I'd love to see numbers)...I'm off track.

Whatcha think?
