Welcome! It is the right way.

So have you thought of where you want to start and where you really want to
focus? We have a lot of new fun things coming up in the next release of
WordPress that needs updating and added to the Codex. There are a lot of
pages that need checking and editing, and a lot of links in the resource
section of many pages that need checking for dead links and possibly
updated articles to replace them.

If you tell us which direction you really want to concentrate on, we can
get more specific.

We're a quiet but purposeful group, focusing on keeping the Codex updated
and clean, with some of of exceptionally passionate about helping WordPress
users get the answers to the questions they need, and others poking at it
from time to time as their time permits. It's a diverse group and we love
new people and energy as it kicks our asses into higher gear.

So ask away and welcome!

Lorelle
