[wp-docs] Geo tag function references

I'm working on adding some undocumented functions to the Function Reference
page, and I noticed that the entire Geo tags section is obsolete: "Geo
features were moved to a plugin implementation with WordPress 1.5."

Any objections to removing the Geo section?
