[wp-docs] Very_Easy_Setting_up_of_Local_Server_on_Mac.

I wrote this page (as an attempt at thanks to all the work that goes into Wordpress) some time ago but got stuck as to what to do with it. It is still relevant up to Snow Leopard - I've not tested on Tiger.

I notice there is now a very straightforward  page in the codex on how to install Mamp so perhaps my contribution is now redundant - which is fine.
