[wp-docs] Videos for the Codex

I'm moving the conversation about including videos in the codex (for training and reference) into a new topic from "The main page." discussion.

Lorelle and I are wondering the most appropriate way to publish videos to the codex to assist users who have questions and such. Lorelle specifically suggested WordPress.tv but as someone who's new to WordPress.tv I'm not clear what it is, since there doesn't appear to be a way to register for an account or upload videos?
