Unless you've got sysop status on the wiki the best you can do is to 
replace the page contents with {{rfd}}  but with this much spam it's 
probably easiest to leave it as it is.

Am currently working off of his contribution list 
http://codex.wordpress.org/Special:Contributions/Tramadol_use deleting 
the pages.  There's just a lot of them :o
