[wp-docs] Spam pages

I've started another thread on this by accident. Sorry. Just heard from Matt
that they are going to clean this up and will be stopping open registration
on the Codex, since those registered on the forums and such don't need a
separate login, which may help prevent some of the spammers. Not sure how it
works behind the scenes, but this is a great move.
